[ad_1]

Have you tried talking with somebody and he or she suddenly turned his or her face from you? What would come to your mind then? You may think that she doesn’t like you? Or, she doesn’t want to see your face? Or, is it because your breath is foul? Well, the last that I mentioned is the worst. Having a bad breath or halitosis is annoying and embarrassing. It destroys our social life and our interaction with people. According to research, bad breath is caused by the kinds of food that we eat, poor dental hygiene, gum diseases, and digestive diseases. Brushing our teeth oftentimes could eliminate bad bacteria that stink in our mouth however; did you know that brushing your teeth isn’t enough? Our tongue–yes our TONGUE is also the main source of bad breath or halitosis because it is like a carpet where the decayed foods are stuck.

Like a carpet we also need to scrape or vacuum our tongue with a tongue cleaner to get rid of the bacteria that cause fungi. Halitosis could be prevented by regularly brushing and flossing our teeth and our tongue, drinking plenty of water approximately 8 glasses, a day, proper balance diet, eating chewing gums with no sugar (is also recommended) and trying to avoid drying our saliva.

It feels good to look good with a fresh breath. Here are some advantages we could get for having a fresh breath.

1. It boosts our confidence

At work, especially in sales, business, and marketing, we often communicate and interact with our customers. It is necessary to look clean and breathe clean. Sometimes, it is offensive and embarrassing that in the outer part we look so clean, yet when we talk people would step backwards to avoid a foul breath. If we breathe fresh, our level of confidence grows higher as we interact with people.

2. It makes us comfortable

It is annoying to talk that even yourself could smell a stinky odor from your mouth. Making your breath fresh will help you ease yourself to a total comfort that you need.

3. Prevents mouth diseases

Mouth diseases comes from decayed foods that stuck in our mouth that causes fungus. Having a clean and fresh breath could help us prevent mouth, tooth or gum problems.

4. It avoids embarrassment

Funny but true. Having a bad breath could lead us to speak slowly to minimize the foul odor from our mouth. If our breath is fresh, we won’t be embarrassed in chatting with our friends.

Those are just some of the advantages that we could get for having a fresh breath. See how far you could go for having a foul breath. Just get close and be fresh!
